Fresno County District Attorney Lisa A. Smittcamp has announced the formation of a “Human Trafficking” (HT) Prosecution Unit in the District Attorney’s Office, which is dedicated to investigating and prosecuting cases of human trafficking occurring throughout Fresno County.
