Any County funded Census Hub can assist you with census questions and/or assist you with completion of your census questionnaire.
In addition, during the census questionnaire completion period (mid-March through May 2020) there will be over 50 sites in Fresno County, called Questionnaire Assistance Centers and Questionnaire Assistance Kiosks that can assist you in the completion of the census. This list will be made available in the near future.
Yes, In addition to County outreach efforts, the State also funds organizations to provide regional Census support, and calls them Administrative Community-Based Organizations (ACBO). The Sierra Health Foundation is the funded organization for the Fresno region, which also includes the neighboring counties of Kings, Tulare, Kern and Inyo. A primary strategy of the Sierra Health Foundation to encourage hard to count residents to complete the census is door-to-door canvassing.

Fresno County has two volunteer Complete Count Committees (CCC) that are currently providing census education and outreach.
Complete Count Committees are comprised of a broad spectrum of community leaders from education, business, healthcare, community organizations, individual residents and government. These trusted voices are implementing a 2020 Census awareness campaign based upon their knowledge of the local community to encourage a response.
