For assistance, please contact a County funded Census Hub in your area. These “hubs” are places or organizations that can assist you if you have questions and/or need assistance with completing your census questionnaire.
In addition, during the census questionnaire completion period (mid-March through October 2020) there will be a multitude of sites in Fresno County called Questionnaire Assistance Centers or Questionnaire Assistance Kiosks that can assist you in the completion of the census or can provide you with a computer (or phone) to do so.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, some of these sites may only be available by phone. We encourage you to call the listed provider in your area. Also, please keep in mind that social distancing and other protective measures may be in place at each site.
Yes, In addition to County outreach efforts, the State also funds organizations to provide regional Census support, and calls them Administrative Community-Based Organizations (ACBO). The Sierra Health Foundation is the funded organization for the Fresno region, which also includes the neighboring counties of Kings, Tulare, Kern and Inyo. A primary strategy of the Sierra Health Foundation to encourage hard to count residents to complete the census is door-to-door canvassing.

Fresno County has two volunteer Complete Count Committees (CCC) that are currently providing census education and outreach.
Complete Count Committees are comprised of a broad spectrum of community leaders from education, business, healthcare, community organizations, individual residents and government. These trusted voices are implementing a 2020 Census awareness campaign based upon their knowledge of the local community to encourage a response. The goal of the CCC is to ensure a complete and accurate census count. For further information, please contact the Chairpersons listed below.
