Training Register is a database system that allows administrative staff to enter training information and history for tracking County-wide. The database is populated with the information for all active and inactive staff. The system is operated based on a unique key identifier, the employee ID# assigned by Human Resources (this number is listed in PeopleSoft). This allows Risk Management, as well as assigned department representatives to track individual training records.

All staff with Intranet access will be able to view Training Register and review their own training records. Supervisors and managers have a higher level of security which will allow them to view their own training records and the records of their staff. All staff may request training enrollments through their supervisor/manager once they log-on to the system.
