This information is intended to be used as a guideline to assist departments when submitting required paperwork and is not inclusive; therefore, departments should always refer to the County Personnel Rules, Salary Resolution, polices and Memorandums of Understanding as governing documents and/or applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Please also note the following:
- The job action effective date dictates the due date of the JCI.
- Incomplete paperwork will be returned to the submitting department.
- Departments are responsible for payroll adjustments if paperwork is submitted late.
