This information is intended to be used as a guideline to assist departments when submitting required paperwork and is not inclusive; therefore, departments should always refer to the County Personnel RulesSalary Resolution, polices and Memorandums of Understanding as governing documents and/or applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.  Please also note the following:

  1. The job action effective date dictates the due date of the JCI.
  2. Incomplete paperwork will be returned to the submitting department.
  3. Departments are responsible for payroll adjustments if paperwork is submitted late.
