Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health 2019 Online Compliance Training
About Compliance Training
An integral component of Fresno County’s Mental Health Compliance Program is on-going education and training, mandatory for all “covered” County employees and contractors (including contractor's employees and subcontractors). In addition to the initial 90 minute General Compliance training that all new permanent and extra-help employees and all contractors must complete, additional job specific training is also required for any County employee or contractor who provide clinical services and any County employee responsible for billing/claiming, or cost reporting functions.
These trainings are provided to promote additional awareness and reinforcement of Fresno County’s Compliance Program and address relevant changes to any applicable laws, regulations, policies, or to Fresno County’s Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
Information on compliance training may be obtained by contacting the Compliance Office at (559) 600-6861.
Prior to initiating your training, please print and read our Fresno County Code of Conduct.
At the end of this training, you will need to click a link that will take you to General Compliance test and a short survey about the content in the training. Once you have completed the test/survey you will receive an acknowledgement form that you will need to print out. Please fill out the acknowledgement form verifying that you have read the code of conduct and completed this online training. Return the acknowledgement form to the Compliance department ATTN: Samantha Wright 1925 E. Dakota Mail Stop #293 Fresno, CA 93726.
