Fresno County’s 2018-19 Secured Property Tax Bill – Second Installment
Delinquency Date is Wednesday, April 10, 2019
FRESNO, CA - Fresno County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector, Oscar J. Garcia, CPA, reminds all taxpayers that the second installment of the 2018-19 Fresno County Secured Property Tax Bill is delinquent if not paid by 5:00 p.m. on April 10, 2019.
A 10 percent penalty and a $10.00 cost will be added to all payments received in the office after 5:00 p.m. or postmarked by the United States Postal Service after April 10, 2019.
FAILURE TO RECEIVE A TAX BILL DOES NOT RELIEVE THE TAXPAYER OF THE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE TIMELY PAYMENTS.
Anyone who has recently acquired property should verify the taxes have been paid. Tax information and payments may be obtained by accessing the Fresno County website at www.fresnocountyca.gov or by calling our automated phone system at (559) 600-3482.
Payments made by check should include a tax bill stub and be made payable to: Fresno County Tax Collector. Payments by mail should be sent to:

We encourage you to pay by mail or use our automated system to avoid parking problems and waiting in line. Fresno County offers a drop box for payments made by check in the lobby in Room 105 of the Hall of Records, 2281 Tulare Street in Fresno from April 2, 2019 through April 10, 2019. A drive-thru drop-off service located in the parking lot of the Hall of Records will be available on April 10, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for payments made by check. In order to access the drive-thru, you will need to enter through the M Street entrance. Parking stalls in this lot will be limited due to the drive-thru.
