Fresno County’s 2017-18 Secured Property Tax Bill – First Installment
Delinquency Date is Monday, December 11, 2017
FRESNO, CA - Fresno County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector, Oscar J. Garcia, CPA, reminds all taxpayers that the first installment of the 2017-18 Fresno County Secured Property Tax Bill is delinquent if not paid by 5:00 p.m. on December 11, 2017.
Due to the December 10, 2017 due date falling on Sunday, the delinquency date is extended to Monday, December 11, 2017. A 10 percent penalty will be added to all payments received in the office after 5:00 p.m. or postmarked by the United States Postal Service after December 11, 2017.
FAILURE TO RECEIVE A TAX BILL DOES NOT RELIEVE THE TAXPAYER OF THE RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE TIMELY PAYMENTS.
Anyone who has recently acquired property should verify the taxes have been paid. Tax information and payments may be obtained by accessing the Fresno County website at www.co.fresno.ca.us or by calling our automated phone system at (559) 600-3482.
Payments made by check should include a tax bill stub and be made payable to: Fresno County Tax Collector. Payments by mail should be sent to:

We encourage you to pay by mail or use our automated system to avoid parking problems and waiting in line. Fresno County offers a drop box for payments made by check in the lobby in Room 105 of the Hall of Records, 2281 Tulare Street in Fresno from December 4, 2017 through December 11, 2017. A drive-thru drop-off service located in the parking lot of the Hall of Records will be available on December 8 and 11, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for payments made by check. In order to access the drive-thru, you will need to enter through the M Street entrance. Parking stalls in this lot will be limited due to the drive-thru.
