Today the Fresno County Board of Supervisors marked their first meeting of 2018 by naming District 3 Supervisor, Sal Quintero, as Board Chairman for the year. Supervisor Quintero steps into the role in place of District 1 Supervisor, Brian Pacheco, who concludes his 12-month term as Chairman.
