This program reaches all citizens in Fresno County by providing:
Support for school nurses and school health programs
Education on culturally sensitive issues, and removing physical and perceived barriers to care
Rapid, corrective response to disease outbreaks and clusters
Targeted preventive action to control the spread of disease within Fresno County
Confidential Morbidity Reporting Forms (CMR's)
