Housing Programs

The primary goal of the County's Housing Programs is to increase the supply of new housing, and to improve the condition of existing housing for families whose incomes are no more than 80% of Fresno County median (Click Here for Current Income Levels). To that end, the programs provide housing loans to eligible homeowners, rental housing owners, non-profit agencies and other eligible agencies, to rehabilitate, construct or purchase housing in the unincorporated areas and in participating cities. The following cities do not participate in the County's Housing Programs: Clovis, Fresno, Coalinga, Firebaugh, Fowler, Huron, Orange Cove, Parlier and San Joaquin.
