In order to update and redistribute a 2011 MHSA Housing Survey, your assistance and input is being sought!

Two meetings have been set up to review/provide input on the survey and to gather input on how to distribute/use the two surveys (one is to seek consumer input, one is to seek family/support person input).

Renaissance at Trinity Groundbreaking - December 17, 2010 

Renaissance at Trinity will serve the special needs target population by providing 20 furnished units (1BD/1BA) of affordable, permanent supportive housing for adults, and 1 manager's unit (2BD/2BA) for a a total of 21 units. Of the 20 units, 15 units will be designated as Mental health Services Act (MHSA) units.

We anticipate the Department of Behavioral Health certification process to begin in February of 2011.

Family and Support System Housing Survey - Summary

As a family and/or support system of a consumer of behavioral health services, your input was requested to ensure that needs of consumers and their family members are considered in community efforts to establish safe and affordable housing for consumers and their families.

This survey was distributed to one thousand seven hundred fifty-two (1,752) families and/or support system members of mental health consumers. The response rate for completed surveys was 12% (206 surveys returned). Please see Summary and Significant Findings (Attachment A).
