IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ACCESS CALWIN
ACCESS CalWIN is an automated phone system that lets you access your case information in CalWORKs, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, General Relief, and other programs. Starting on March 19, 2012, ACCESS CalWIN will ask you for a Personal Identification Number (PIN) before you can access your case information. If you do not yet have a PIN, the system will ask you to create one.
