Mission Statement 

As the Fresno Area Co-Occurring Change Team (FACCT), our mission is to enhance wellness/resilience and recovery through services assisting children, adults, and families with complex mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Using our collective expertise and collaboration as a team, we will transform and shape a system of care which is integrated, accessible, welcoming, and respectfully based on the needs and cultural values of those we serve.
