Together We Can!

The Family to Family Initiative was developed in 1993 by the Annie E. Casey Foundation as a response to the overwhelming challenges faced by the Child Welfare System. The Fresno County Board of Supervisors adopted it on April 29, 2003.

The initiative seeks to reform foster care as a first step to making changes throughout the Child Welfare System. Community partners can play a big role. By working together we can strengthen, support and protect families and children.
