U.S. citizens entering the United States by sea or land ports are required to have a passport, passport card, or other travel document approved by the Department of Homeland Security.

Routine Service (Receive passport within 1 month):
Passport Book
- Age 16 and over - $110 book fee; $25 execution fee.
- Under 16 - $80 book fee; $25 execution fee.
Passport Card
- Age 16 and over - $30 card fee; $25 execution fee.
- Under 16 - $15 card fee; $25 execution fee.

Note:
Passport fees must be paid by check or money order only. Execution fees must be paid separate by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
Routine service in 4 weeks and Expedite service in 2 weeks.
To expedite customer must arrange for Overnight Express Mail delivery both ways. - $60 additional (Payable by check only).
A certified copy of your Birth Certificate or Certificate of Naturalization (if naturalized as a U.S. citizen), two passport photographs of yourself, and a valid form of photo identification such as a driver’s license are required.
