Downloadable Files

The Assessor's Office has several different files available for purchase. A price list of our files for sale to the public is listed on the Data for Sale page. For current year assessed value or characteristics of a specific address, visit ParcelQuest.

Per California Public Records Act, Government Code Section 6254.21, No state or local agency shall post the home address or telephone number of any elected or appointed official on the Internet without first obtaining the written permission of that individual. This includes but is not limited to judges, law enforcement personnel, government appointees and members of the legislature. To comply with the Act, we have omitted the Assessee's name from all parcels on the Assessment roll posted on our website so that there can be no association of an address to a name.

Parcels owned by government entities (i.e. City of Fresno, federal government, various water districts) are not assessable; therefore they do not appear on the assessment roll.

Any misuse or resale of this information is prohibited.
