fit for life logo-smallSince that time National, State-wide and local statistics have indicated a continuing upswing of childhood obesity and other chronic symptoms beginning in infancy remaining with us throughout our life. Fit for Life in this instance includes mental fitness, physical fitness, and economic fitness. Much of what we citizens face today we have no control over, but we can change our personal choices to provide a healthier mind-body-spirit to bolster us during these difficult times. This web site is designed to help you find simple resources to accomplish just that.  Enjoy!
